How long does it take to clean the vehicle?
Cleaning the vehicle in Dundee can vary depending on different factors. Express Car Valet takes approximately 30 minutes, Mini Valet takes approximately 50 minutes. Our Full Valet can take up to 1.30 hour.
What products are used to wash cars?
We use ones of the best products on the market, including Autoglym.
How long do car parts dry after cleaning?
It depends on the weather in Dundee and Carlisle: on a sunny day the car seats dry in about 1 hour, but on a cold and cloudy day it can take up to 5 hours
Does the car have to be prepared for washing?
Yes, the trunk of the car should be empty, child seats should be unfastened and removed for car valet services.
How often should the car and its interior be cleaned?
The car optimally should be cleaned every 4 weeks.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but no later than 48 hours before the meeting, if your booking is less than 48 hours you will be charged 40.% of the value of the service, if you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the meeting you will be charged 100% and if you do not show up at the scheduled meeting, you will be charged 100% of the service value.
Do I have to allow access to water and / or electricity?
No, our van is fully equipped with water, electricity and all necessary supplies.
Can I change the booking date?
Yes, you can change dates regarding our mobile car valet and all other services.
