What is included in a full valet?
Our full valet includes a complete exterior wash, interior vacuuming (including the boot if empty), glass cleaning, dashboard and plastic dressing, wax protection, and wheel and tyre care. It also includes seat and mat shampooing. If your vehicle has leather seats, we clean and condition them with specialist leather care products.

How long does a valet take?
A full valet usually takes between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on how dirty the vehicle is and the size of the car.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No — we are fully mobile and bring our own water and power supply.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before your appointment. VIP members can cancel at any time free of charge.
